The beers seen below are where we started. But we’re always developing science projects, session beers, seasonal beers and more. So CLICK HERE for an ever evolving, up to the minute list of what’s on offer.
JSlick
Blonde Ale
Some consider this to be an entry craft beer
style. Definitely would have been JSlick’s
first choice.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Cara-Pils, Crystal 15
HOPS: Chinook, Cascade
Papermaker
Pale Ale
Named after the Papermakers, a local band
from the paper mill in the early 1900’s.
This has an awesome aroma after being
dry hopped with Citra leaving your palette
wanting another.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 15, Crystal 60
HOPS: Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe
Truck Bed Red
Irish Red Ale
This Irish Red is a go to for many. We
think it reminds us all of the many great
times had in the bed of a truck, tail gating,
camping, harvesting wood and loading up
our mountain junkie gear and heading for
the high country. Give it a try and you let us
know what memories it brings out.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 60, Munich
HOPS: Centennial, Cascade
Millbilly IPA
India Pale Ale
Named after the local Millbilly’s, (ask our
staff how you become one) our Head Brewer
spent countless hours on our pilot system
getting this recipe nailed down. If you enjoy
a lighter alcohol IPA, but with all the hop
taste and aroma then you found it... Let us
know if being a Millbilly is in your future.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 15, Munich
HOPS: Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo
3/4 Ton
Scotch Ale
If sipping your beer is how you fly then
saddle up to the ¾ ton but please don’t hold
your pinky out while drinking one, you might
start a new trend.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 80, Munich
HOPS: Centennial, Cascade
Air Monkey
Stout
An Air Monkey is a given name for a
brakeman on a railroad engine. We thought
this would be appropriate for this “cut it
with a knife” stout. Likely our Head Brewers
favorite to make and drink. I think marketing
missed the mark on this one as you may
never want to put the brakes on this Stout...
It’s off the charts on nitro.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 20, Chocolate Male, Oat Flakes, Black Malt
HOPS: Willamette
Frog Skin
Porter
Don’t let the name fool you, Frogskin is
railroad slang for $1. 5 Frogskins gets you
one of our Head Brewer’s favorite beers.
Turn it up on Nitro and you may never drink
anything else.
GRAINS: Pale 2 Row, Crystal 60, Chocolate Malt, Munich, Black Malt
HOPS: Willamette, Cascade, Centennial
Shay’s Rootbeer
The owners Granddaughter’s favorite drink
and our head brewer does not disappoint.
Kids and adults chug this delicious
concoction.
Beckett’s
Cream Soda
The owners Grandson spawns the name of a
craft soda known from the early days. This
creamy soda seems to make time stand still.
